Returned Good Request Form

Review the information below to ensure your product qualifies for return and is properly prepared for shipment.

To qualify for return consideration, all product must meed the following requirements:

The product must be unused

The product must be uninstalled

The product must be in new condition

The product must be returned in original packaging

The product must match the photos and information submitted with your Return Request Form

We will NOT issue credit for any returned product that does not meet the above requirements. Always ship using a method that provides you with a tracking number. Returned product may be subject to a $10 reboxing fee if it is not packaged correctly. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER THE 30 DAY PERIOD ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF RAM CLUTCHES.

You will receive an email with your returned good authorization (RGA). Please include a copy of the RGA with your return and write this number on the outside of the box.

***IF THE PRODUCT IS DEEMED TO BE NON-RETURNABLE AFTER INSPECTION, PRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE***
