2014 and up LT based Corvettes utilize a dual disc clutch from the factory, and when you are ready for an upgrade, there is a RAM dual disc system for you. From the top of the line Pro Street dual disc to affordable Concept 10.5 dual disc and accompanying aluminum flywheel, you can still have that smooth engagement you want and be able to handle increased torque loads from bolts on and forced induction upgrades. Don’t compromise your project with just any old clutch, get a RAM dual disc clutch system!
RAM Force 10.5 dual disc systems
RAM Force 10.5 dual disc systems are designed with the driver in mind. The goals of a performance clutch system needs to be holding the desired power level and providing good street driveability. Force 10.5 achieves this with an easy pedal effort 10.5 inch pressure plate with 2400 pounds of clamp load, more clamp and surface area than competing smaller designs. The sprung hub top disc cushions the initial engagement and strap driven floater plate operates quietly and efficiently. RAM Force 10.5 dual disc systems are a bolt in for 2014-19 Corvette with factory hydraulics and address power levels up to about 750 hp. 900 series versions will handle higher loads to around 900-950 hp.
